CIRCLE 是靛之森 Ainomori 製作的美顏相機 App（Google Play：tw.ainomori.circle）。我們很重視你的隱私，簡單說：你的照片和臉部資料只在你的手機裡，我們不會收集、上傳或分享。

1. 我們不收集任何個人資料

CIRCLE 沒有網路權限，不能連上網路。我們不收集、不儲存、不上傳、也不分享任何個人資料；沒有帳號、沒有廣告、沒有分析或追蹤工具。

2. 相機

CIRCLE 需要相機權限，用來在你的手機上即時顯示畫面、做美顏、濾鏡和換背景。相機畫面只在你的手機上處理，不會離開手機。

3. 臉部偵測和人像分割

美顏、妝容、換背景用到的臉部偵測和人像分割（Google MediaPipe）全部在你的手機上執行，結果只用在當下這一個畫面，不會被保存或傳送到任何地方。

4. 照片

你按下快門或在修圖裡存檔時，照片會存在：

刪除 CIRCLE 時，App 自己的相簿會一起刪掉；手機相簿裡的照片會留著，由你自己管理。

5. 設定

你調的美顏設定只存在你的手機上。

6. 兒童

CIRCLE 不是以 13 歲以下兒童為對象設計的。

7. 政策更新

如果這份政策有變更，會更新這一頁並修改上面的日期。

CIRCLE — Privacy Policy

CIRCLE is a beauty camera app made by Ainomori (靛之森; Google Play: tw.ainomori.circle). In short: your photos and face data stay on your phone. We do not collect, upload or share them.

1. No data collection

CIRCLE has no internet permission and cannot connect to the internet. We do not collect, store, upload or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics or tracking.

2. Camera

CIRCLE uses the camera only to show the live preview and apply beauty effects, filters and background replacement on your device. Camera frames never leave your device.

3. Face detection and person segmentation

Face detection and person segmentation (Google MediaPipe), used for beauty effects, makeup and background replacement, run entirely on your device. Results are used only for the current frame and are not saved or sent anywhere.

4. Photos

Photos you take or save are stored in:

  • your phone's gallery, in the "CIRCLE" album;
  • the app's own private album (only CIRCLE can read it; it keeps the latest 60 photos).

Uninstalling CIRCLE removes the app's private album; photos in your phone's gallery stay there for you to manage.

5. Settings

Your beauty settings are stored only on your device.

6. Children

CIRCLE is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
