梟子的糖果店 隱私權政策

這份政策說明靛之森 Ainomori 開發的手機遊戲「梟子的糖果店」（英文名 Owly's Candy Shop；Google Play：tw.ainomori.candyshop）會處理哪些資料、怎麼使用。

1. 存檔

你的遊戲進度（關卡進度、金幣、買過的裝潢和帽子、設定）只存在你自己的手機裡，不會上傳；解除安裝 App 就會刪除。

2. 不用帳號、不連我們的伺服器

遊戲本身不需要連網：沒有伺服器、沒有帳號、不用登入，我們不會收集你的姓名、電話或電子郵件。App 也不會使用相機、麥克風、定位、聯絡人等權限，Unity 的分析、當機回報和效能回報都是關閉的。

3. 廣告

本 App 使用 Google AdMob 顯示兩種廣告：

Google 可能會收集裝置的廣告 ID 或其他裝置識別碼、從網路位址推估的大概位置、廣告互動，以及當機和診斷資料，用來顯示廣告、計算成效和防止詐騙；資料傳輸會加密。歐洲經濟區、英國等地區的玩家第一次開啟時，會先詢問你是否同意，之後也可以在遊戲的「設定 → 隱私設定」修改。你也可以在手機的「設定 → Google → 廣告」重設或刪除廣告 ID。廣告內容設定為普遍級。

Owly's Candy Shop — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the mobile game Owly's Candy Shop (梟子的糖果店; Google Play: tw.ainomori.candyshop), developed by Ainomori (靛之森), handles and how it is used.

1. Your save data

Your progress (levels, coins, decorations and hats you've bought, and settings) is stored only on your own phone and is never uploaded. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

2. No account, no server

The game itself works offline: there is no server, no account and no sign-in, and we don't collect your name, phone number or email address. The app does not use the camera, microphone, location or contacts, and Unity analytics, crash reporting and performance reporting are turned off.

3. Ads

The app uses Google AdMob to show two kinds of ads:

  • Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch one (for example, to double your coins after a level, get a hint or add an extra jar).
  • Interstitial ads: from level 5 onward, short ads may appear between levels or when you tap "Restart". Once you buy "Remove Ads Forever", they no longer appear, and you can still choose to watch rewarded ads.

Google may collect your advertising ID or other device identifiers, your approximate location estimated from your IP address, ad interactions, and crash and diagnostic data to show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud. Data is encrypted in transit. Players in the European Economic Area, the UK and some other regions are asked for consent the first time they open the app and can change their choice at any time in the game's Settings → Privacy settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads. Ad content is rated for general audiences.

4. Purchases

"Remove Ads Forever" is purchased through Google Play:

  • Payment is handled by Google; we never receive your credit card or other payment details.
  • Your purchase record is kept by Google Play; the game only stores a note on your phone that ads have been removed.
  • If you change phones or reinstall the app, the purchase is restored automatically when you use the same Google account.
  • Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; you can request one through Google Play or by emailing us.

5. We don't sell your data

We don't collect or sell your personal data, and apart from Google AdMob and Google Play (which handles purchases), the app doesn't send data to anyone else.

6. Children

The app is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13.

If the way the app handles data changes, we will update this page and the date above.
